Lookout Villa has an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea with a pool and patio, and it is situated on an acre of land. Located in a very private section of Olveston with little traffic, the Lookout has three bedrooms, two of which are located on opposite ends of the house, with the third downstairs adjacent to the pool. Two bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen, and each bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with views over the pool to the sea. The house is on the cliff with expansive west facing views of Redonda, St Kitts and Nevis, and the grounds are interesting for nature lovers, with large mature mahogany trees and a lot of bird life. In whale season you may spot migrating whales. The house is conveniently located between Woodlands Beach to the north and Lime Kiln Beach to the south.
In-season, the property can accommodate 2-4 persons for USD1500 per week. During the Off-season, it can accommodate 2-4 persons for USD1300 per week. If you're planning on bringing additional guests, each person will be charged an extra USD200 per week.
